Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Extreme Sports Academy! We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation terms clear and transparent. By booking an experience, camp, or academy program with us, you agree to the following policies.

1. General Terms


  • All cancellations must be communicated to Extreme Sports Academy in writing (by email or through our official contact form).

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • No-shows (participants who do not attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.



2. Experiences


Our experiences include one-time adventure activities such as skydiving, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and other sports events.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled activity are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled activity are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the activity are not eligible for a refund.



3. Camps


Our camps (holiday camps, seasonal camps, or special programs) require advanced planning, staffing, and preparation.

  • No Refunds: Once registration and payment are completed for a camp, fees are non-refundable.



4. Academy Programs


Our academy programs (after-school and year-round activities) are based on consistent attendance and structured progress.

  • Cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • In exceptional circumstances (such as documented medical reasons), we may review individual cases at our discretion.
